Nominations are currently closed and will reopen in Spring 2020

The AWIT Spotlight Awards program is designed to recognize female leadership, guidance, commitment to community and excellence in the technology industry. Its goal is to put a spotlight on individuals who are shining examples of the leaders we all aspire to be, as members of CompTIA’s Advancing Women In Technology (AWIT) Community.

You may nominate yourself or another outstanding member of the technology industry that you feel is deserving of a CompTIA AWIT Spotlight Award, including the Technical Pacesetter, Mentorship Guide, Industry Leadership or The CompTIA/ChannelPro Cecilia Galvin Scholarship Awards (details below). Candidates can only be nominated for one award.

Please note, this application is the primary tool the Selection Committee will use to determine who will be honored with a CompTIA Spotlight Award. Please answer the questions as fully and in as much detail as you can.

Nominations are open to female leaders in the technology industry. Scholarship nominees should be a high school senior or a recent graduate. All nominations must be received on or before June 1, 2019.

Award winners will be recognized at CompTIA ChannelCon 2019 (August 5-7, 2019) during the AWIT Community meeting in Las Vegas, Nevada. Award winners should be able to attend and will be notified in advance of the meeting to confirm their attendance.
